DentalXChange’s Support team is able to provide assistance with claims once they are successfully transmitted from Denticon.
To access DentalXChange’s online training resources:
- From Denticon, click the word “Utilities”
- Click the “Eclaims Management” option in order to easily bridge to the office’s DentalXChange account
- Select the “Training” option from the menu on the left of the DentalXChange screen
- Choose the desired online training link
To reach a DentalXChange Support member:
- From the DentalXChange website, click the “Contact Us” option
- Choose the desired contact method:
- Online form
- Phone
NOTE: Denticon provides only training for creating an initial claim within Denticon, and the transmission of the claim from Denticon to DentalXChange. Once the claim is successfully transmitted to DentalXChange, the claim is “owned” by the DentalXChange company.
