Registration to submit claims electronically must be accomplished. If you have not registered, please contact the Support Team (800-861-5098, extension 915) for assistance.
To check if you are registered, click the word “Utilities” and choose the “EClaims Management” option from the drop-down box. If a blank screen is returned, please contact the Support Team for registration assistance. If you are registered, you will be directed to the website for DentalXChange.
To submit claims, click the word “Utilities” and choose the “Batch Claims Processing” option from the drop-down box.
Click the Create Batch Claims button to retrieve (or batch) all outstanding claims that have not been created by either electronic means or by hard copy.
Click the Transmit Claims button. A confirmation message will be returned upon successful submission to DentalXChange.
