Issue description:
User enters RX screen to prescribe and receives yellow warning that Report Access Provider is not configured.
Signs:
Provider Setup is verified that a Report Access Provider is selected. Provider was previously prescribing with no issues and this suddenly appears. Yellow Warning Message in upper right hand side of Denticon.
Steps to reproduce:

Workarounds:
Provider's can prescribe directly through the DoseSpot App on their phones or through their web portal. Unfortunately, this will not be recorded in Denticon so they may need to notate the patient's account with a patient note for history.
