Issue description:
A statement was sent to a responsible party, but it does not show up on the Ledger or Statement Report.
Signs:
No "Statement Sent" line in ledger, and the responsible party does not show on the report of accounts that had statements sent.
Steps to reproduce:
- Select Responsible Party in Denticon.
- Click on the ledger icon in the toolbar.
- View the ledger for the account, no statement sent line appears on the ledger.
- Go to Reports > Statement > View Stmt. Setup Detail > Print Statement Sent, account does not appear on the statement sent report.

This issue has been addressed in the current release of Denticon.
