Issue description:
When trying to print treatment plans from the print reports menu page gets stuck on loading and Denticon has to be completely closed out of.
Signs:
Steps to reproduce:
- Select patient.
- Click the Print Reports icon in the Denticon Tool Bar.
- Select the option to print Treatment Plan.
- Click "Print/Preview" button.
- "Loading.." message appears and can not be closed out of.
