Description:
The special transaction report allows users to run a report for information about procedure and payment/adjustment codes. You can sort by specific providers, users or insurance plans.
Key features:
Print Format | This allows the option to choose whether to print the report as a PDF or excel sheet. |
Office/Group | The report can be run to include a single office, select offices, or all offices. |
Provider/User | The report can be isolated to show all transactions recorded under a specific provider/s, user/s, or a combination of both. |
Date Range |
The date range the report will consider. The date can be ran by transaction date or service date.

Patient Name Range | Allows the user to run the report by patients alphabetically. |
Exclude Patient Type | The report can be ran to only include specific groups of patients based off of their assigned Patient Type. |
Payment/Adj Codes | Provides the option to run the report by specific payment or adjustment codes. If the codes should not be on the report the user can click the "None" button. |
Insurance Plans/Subtypes | The report can be ran by specific insurance plans or subtypes such as medical plans or dental plans. |
Code/Category | Allows the user to include procedure codes on the report. Users can filter by ADA category as well. |
