Description:
The Production Analysis report found under Reports>Daily Reports>Production Analysis Report allows users to analyze their production either by ADA categories or by carrier.
Best Practices:
- To run the report for production analysis by ADA category choose "Category" in "Analysis By" field.
| Report Field | Definition |
| Category | The ADA category the production code charged belongs to as setup in Setup>Procedure Codes>Procedure Codes. |
| Provider $ | Total gross production/charges for each category entered under the provider. |
| Practice Group $ | Total gross production/charges for each category entered under the office |
| Prov. Prod/ Total Prov. Prod. (%) | The percentage the production for each ADA category represents of the provider's total gross production. |
| Prov. Prod/ Prac. Grp Prod. (%) | The percentage the provider's production for each ADA category represents of the office's total gross production for that ADA Category. |
- To run the report for production analysis choose "Category" in "Analysis By" field

| Carrier | The carrier the data is reporting for |
| # Patient | The number of patients attached to the carrier that were seen during the date range of the report. |
| # of Claims | The number of claims created for this carrier during the date range of the report |
| Avg. Production per Pat | The average production per patient for the carrier. Found by taking the gross production for the carrier and dividing by the number of patients. |
| Avg. Collection per Pat | The average collection per patient for the carrier. Found by taking the gross collection for the carrier and dividing by the number of patients. |
