In multiple-location practices, an individual user login is assigned to one “home office.” However, during the course of the day, the user has the ability to access multiple office locations by switching the active office location (based on user rights). The program does not restrict a user to a physical location.
For that reason, Denticon considers the Time Clock feature to be user-specific, rather than location-specific.
If the feature were location-specific, the user would be required to remember which office s/he used for logging in, which would also be the required office from which the user logged out.
Therefore, Denticon does not track and report the actual office from which a user clocks in and out.
Denticon’s time clock function is available to “premium subscription” clients.
