Denticon is programmed to operate only in a PC environment using Chrome or the newest version of Microsoft Edge.
Planet DDS does not support usage of the Denticon program on hardware that is not PC-based.
Planet DDS does not support usage of the Denticon program on browsers other than Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Denticon is not programmed to operate on MacOS or iOS computer.
Denticon is not programmed to operate on the Safari, Firefox, or other browsers.
If the user uses an Apple Macintosh, the computer hard drive must be partitioned so that the partition emulates a PC environment such as with Boot Camp or Parallels. In that PC environment, the user must follow the same requirements as PC users.
Note: While using the Chrome browser with an Apple computer will give you basic functionality within Denticon, all peripheral software supporting scanners, signature pads, and x-rays is programmed for the Microsoft Windows environment and are not compatible with Mac OS.
