We need to know which patients have a particular code in the Treatment Plan, for example: scaling and root planning. Is there a report we can generate which will show us the patients who have a specific procedure code in the Treatment Plan?

Click the word “Reports” and the “Treatment Plans” options from the drop-down list treatment plan reports

Select the “Treatment Plan Detail” report

Indicate the date range for which the treatment plan was input

Select the desired procedure code(s). To select multiple procedures, hold the computer CTRL key as you select the procedures.

Click the Print / Preview button to send the report to the Adobe screen
