Denticon utilizes a “Report Server” which mirrors all the data entered into Denticon. This server alone is responsible for generating all client reports. This server is removed, or separate, from the “processing tasks” which are performed on other servers.
Occasionally, the Report Server is busy by an influx of reports from multitudes of account users and offices. In other words, it gets delayed in reporting the most recently entered data back to the requesting office.
The Denticon technical team works diligently every day to greatly reduce any negative impact on users and offices, and quickly corrects the issue as soon as a slowdown is identified.
