I see we can print labels on a Dymo® LabelWriter. What sizes of label can be used?

Denticon allows for two label sizes:

• regular address label – 1-1/8" x 3-1/2”
• shipping label – 2-5/16" x 4" 

The regular address label size is used to generate individual labels:

• Small appointment labels via:
  • Patient’s appointment when “Print Labels for Appt.” is active for “Small Labels” in the “Setup / Security / Users” screen
  • Patient’s “print reports” icon
• Individual address labels via the patient’s “print reports” icon 

The shipping label size is used to generate individual labels:

• Large appointment labels via:
  • Patient’s appointment when “Print Labels for Appt.” is active for “Large Labels” in the “Setup / Security / Users” screen
  • Patient’s “print reports” icon 

NOTE: Denticon’s Support team is unable to assist with inputting and/or changing and office’s default print settings within the office’s label printer. Please consult a local IT group and/or the printer’s documentation for advice and guidance regarding how to setup printer defaults.
