A collection agency may be setup for usage:
· click the word “Setup” and choose the “Collection Agencies” option from the drop-down box
· click the Add New Agency button
· complete the Agency information
· click the Save button
Sometimes we have to send accounts to collection. How do we setup up collection agencies for selection in our Responsible Party records?
