We have several locations in our dental practice. We find that the smart fees in one location are not appearing in a different location. Is the smart fee schedule feature location-specific?

Dental carriers provide payments based on the submitting office location’s address and zip code. Therefore, the carrier reimbursements can be different for different office locations.

For that reason, the Denticon smart fee schedule function is location-specific because insurance reimbursement is generally geographically determined.

If you wish the smart fees to be applicable in different locations:

·   access the location

·   locate the plan

·   add the fees to the plan in the active location
