Click the word “Setup” and choose the “Procedure Codes” and “ICD Codes” options from the drop-down box

Click the Edit ICD Codes button.

Indicate the ICD code in the “Code” field.

Indicate the code description in the “Description” field.

Click the Add Code button to add the new code to the list.

Click the Save button.
