Many times, offices misunderstand the view on the Scheduler, and attempt to print the office schedule rather than the provider schedule. A defined User View must be active on the Scheduler window in order to print the scheduler.
The graphic view of the schedule cannot be printed from the “Daily View,” or office version. The Daily view shows only the office's hours.
The graphic view of the schedule can be printed only from a defined User View. The User View will show the provider's available time.
To understand which View is utilized on the Window, the user should look at the information found in the dark blue bar beneath the date field:

o shows the hours that the office is operational
o view is indicated by the information located in the dark blue bar "Daily View / All providers and all operatories"
· Daily View by user-view / User-view: XXXXX
o shows the hours that the providers are available for patient care, as is indicated in setup/providers/per office settings
o allows the staff to quickly understand when the provider is available, taking into consideration any provider holidays, as well as any differences between the provider and office hours
o view is indicated by the information located in the dark blue bar "Daily View / User-view: XXXXX ," where XXXXX is defined by the User-View that is selected
