- Click the word “Setup”, “Offices” , select the "Offices Setup" option from the drop-down box.
- Select the desired office location. Click the Edit Office button.
- Select the “Statement” tab. Type the desired message in each field.
- Save and confirm the changes.
The “General message” will appear on all statements. The “Current message” appears on accounts that are current relative to account balance aging. The “30 day message” will appear on accounts that are 30 to 59 days overdue. The “60 day message” will appear on accounts that are 60 to 89 days overdue. The “90 day message” will appear on accounts that are 90 to 119 days overdue. The “120 day message” will appear on accounts that are more than 120 days overdue.
