Denticon suggests the various fee schedules be named with the schedule name and the co-pay amount. For example, “Carrier A” may have several co-pay variations of “Plan L”. It is suggested the fee schedules with a $5 co-pay be named “Carrier A Plan L $5”. Likewise, the schedule with a $10 co-pay be named “Carrier A Plan L $10”.
Our office participates with various Managed Care plans, and they have several fee schedules. The difference between the fees appears to be the co-pay amount. How can I differentiate between the various fee schedules?
