When I look at my fee schedules, there is not a procedure code for me to input a fee, yet the procedure code exists. Why is that?

Whenever a procedure code is not visible on the fee schedule screen, there is not a fee yet associated to the procedure code.
To add a fee to a procedure code:

• click the word “Setup”
• choose the “Fee Schedules” option from the drop-down list
• select “Fee Schedule Setup” from the pop-out list
• select the desired fee schedule
• click the Edit Schedule button
• locate the procedure code
• input a fee
• click the Save button
