After entering the patient information, the online record is automatically saved in patient notes.
You can click on the patient notes icon,, and then see the saved record. To open the record, click on the paperclip noting the attachment. You can then review the information.
If you do not have the patient's insurance plan entered into your system at the time and want to enter this at a later time, you will need to change the patient record to reflect "no coverage" so you can move forward with the process of entering the new patient in your system. Once you've entered the patient record, you can then go back and enter the new insurance plan and attach it to the patient record.
