The “My Invoices” screen allows the owner/administrator to have control over the Denticon account.
Clients have the ability to view office billing invoices via the “My Invoices” page. This applies only to users who are assigned to Administrator level security. General staff users will not have access to the invoices.
The invoices are not uploaded in real-time. The invoice data will be uploaded manually, and will display data from previous billing cycles. Therefore, when the office administrator makes a payment toward the Denticon account, the change will not be immediately reflected on the “My Invoices” page.
In the “Account Overview” section:
- Quick access to add a new user
- Quick access to edit the existing users
- Ability to change the desired credit card for monthly billing
- Understanding of the PlanetDDS/Denticon current contract level
- The ability to view your past Planet DDS monthly invoices*
