Occasionally, users may encounter a behavior where upon bridging a patient to XVCapture, they are taken directly to the "View Images" screen rather than prompted to select Capture Images or View Images.
When this occurs, if the user were to click "Go Back" then select "Capture Images" to work around the issue, they will notice all of the patient information that was initially bridged over has been cleared out.
If this is encountered, follow the steps below:

Launch XVCapture and navigate to Advanced User Tools > Preferences (password is AKRON)

Select Data Entry from the left-hand menu
- Scroll down to the subsection labeled Command Line Support
- Change XrayVision 'P' command line option drop-down to "Go to Main Screen"
- Click OK to save your changes, and Yes on any additional prompts you may receive
After the above has been completed, attempt to bridge a patient from your Practice Management software to XVCapture, and confirm you are now taken to XVCapture's main screen, where the user can select Capture Images or View Images.
