Sending automated respondent gifts after an NPS Survey is received

From the Navigation Bar, click Settings.

In the Side Navigation, click NPS.

Under the heading “After an NPS Survey is Received,” select the option to Send a Gift to NPS Survey Respondents.
- Select the template you want to use and the gift you would like to send.
- Click the Save Settings button.
