There are some errors on my patient’s periodontal chart. How may the periodontal charting measurements be corrected?

Periodontal measurements may easily be corrected on the same date the original value is entered.

Periodontal measurements captured on a previous date may not be altered.

To change a value:

·   Select the desired measurement segment – Pocket Depth, FGM, MGJ, Bleeding, Suppuration, Furcation, Mobility

·   Place the blue vertical highlight bar at the desired location. The value will be highlighted at the bottom of the screen.
