The default setting in Denticon. In a multi-location setting, let's say a staff member is only assigned to Office A. However, if a patient from office B visits the office, the staff member can still find the patient by clicking "Search All Offices" and bring that patient up, and post charges for Office A even though the Home Office for that patient is Office B. Most offices and users are setup this way.
