Denticon’s team regularly presents Support Webinars which focus on a specific topic.
The Webinar is presented live every four to six (4-6) weeks, on a Wednesday.
An announcements for an upcoming Support Webinars are emailed to Denticon Users, posted on the Denticon login screen, and published on Planet DDS' social media channels.
The regular Webinar time is:
- 5p GMT
- 12p ET
- 11a CT
- 10a MT
- 9a PT
- 6a HT
Upon registration, an email which provides the login credentials for the unique registrant is sent to the registrant. Each registrant is provided a unique link that is used to access the Webinar. For a seamless Webinar experience, it is not advised to share the registration login credential.
Because of the vast amount of attendees, it is not possible for the Denticon team to contact each attendee at the start of the session. It is up to the registrant to join the online screen sharing session, as well as phone into the session, in order to view and hear the presentation.
The Webinar is approximately 45 minutes in duration, with an additional approximate 15 minutes for Q&A.
During the Webinar, the attendee is able to “ask a question” during the presentation. It is advised to hold questions until the end because the question may already be a part of the planned presentation.
After the Webinar has concluded, a link to the recorded presentation is sent via email to the individual registrant. The recorded presentation is also posted in the Denticon Help Portal within the “Videos” topic, in the “Webinars” section. Recordings can also be found on the Planet DDS website within the "Resources" section under "Videos."
