This setting does not allow a user to find a patient from another office. If a staff member has "Limited" access, the user would not be able to bring up an Office B patient because the "Search All Offices" radio button selection would be grayed out. This is nice for an organization which is running separate business entities under a single Denticon account. Because the offices do not allow cross contamination of patients between offices, users can be setup as "Limited" patient access.
