When printing a letter from Denticon, the full letter doesn't print cutting off some of the text on the page. Why is this happening?

One of our computers is not printing reports, forms, and letters from Denticon. We are able to print a test page, a document, and a web page. We have a problem only when printing from Denticon. Why won’t Denticon print our letter, report, or form?

When our office generates a document to Adobe Acrobat Reader using the “Print/Preview” button we cannot print or save the document. There not a Save, or a Print button. There is only the option to “Export to Excel” but we don’t want to do that. How can we
