In Denticon we call these alerts Flash Alerts. Flash Alerts can be enabled by accessing the Patient menu>Flash Alerts and selecting Add New.
Flash Alerts can be set to either a specific patient or to a Responsible Party. Flash alerts can also be used to Block Charges (prevent new charges from being posted).
A Flash Alert will remain active until deactivated by the office. Deactivation can be done from the Flash Alert by checking the box to deactivate or by returning to Patient>Flash Alerts and using the Deactivate button.
If a Patient has multiple Flash Alerts, they can be managed, edited, deactivated by going to Patient>Flash Alerts.
