A patient has a serious medical condition that we need to be alerted to when we access their record. How can Denticon alert us to specific medical conditions.

Administrators can select and set Medical Alerts to also appear as Flash Alerts. This brings greater attention to a patients condition.

To set individual Medical Alerts to also turn into Flash Alerts, the administrator can access Setup>Medical Setup>Medical Alerts, select the condition or status that they also want to be a Flash Alert, and select Edit. 

Once in Edit, simply check the box "Flash Alert" to activate that medical alert as a Flash Alert.

Alerts can be dragged and dropped into place.
