HOW TO SUBMIT A FEE SCHEDULE REQUEST
Submit your request via a Ticket in the Denticon Help Portal
- Click the word "Help"
- Click "Help Portal" option from the drop-down list
- Click "Submit a Ticket" on the upper right
- In the Subject line enter "DPS" Fee Schedule Entry"
- In the Description list any instructions for the schedule and also list multiple schedules in order of importance.
- In the Support Request Type choose "DPS"
- Complete all remaining fields
- To attach a digital file (such as a screenshot) to a Ticket:
- Locate the "Attachment" section
- Click the "Attach a file" link
- Locate and select the saved digital file on the office computer
- Click the "Submit" button to submit the Ticket inquiry
Please note that with every new year the ADA adds/removes/modifies ADA codes. DPS does not manipulate ADA codes in Denticon. It is highly suggested that you update all ADA codes yearly before any fee schedules are updated so all available codes will be uploaded from any fee schedule requests.
Also please note that DPSdoes not obtain fee schedules, please gather the fees from the insurance companies and we can create and enter them.
