Introduction:
Denticon Communication allows you to efficiently send and receive information regarding patient appointments, treatment plans, consent forms, and other relevant information.
Additionally, Denticon Communcation is also required to retrieve Denticon Data Download.
Basic troubleshooting steps:
- Once signed into the correct PGID in Denticon, select Setup > Account Info.
- Click on the Communiations tab.
- To enter details regarding your practice's business for registration, click "Edit", update any necessary fields, and click "Save" to confirm.
- Click "Register for Communication" to apply for registration for your account with the information entered on the page.
NOTE: Processing registration could take up to two weeks and we recommend that your practice double-check the information provided before submitting registration. Please reply here with any questions.
