Description: There are two reports in Denticon users can check to see if there are progress notes that have been entered but not signed.
- Reports>Daily Reports>Progress Notes, choose option for Unsigned Notes
- Reports>Interactive Reports>Unsigned Progress Notes
Additional information:
- Reports>Interactive Reports>Unsigned Progress Notes, only shows the progress notes for patients that have appointments on the current day. This is because this report allows you edit progress notes from the report interface; progress notes can only be edited the day they are entered into the system. - This report is also based off of the patients' preferred provider and is office specific. The preferred provider must be assigned to the office that the report is ran under because progress notes can only be edited in the same office they were entered under.
- Reports>Daily Reports>Progress Notes, allows users to set a date range and other criteria.
