NOTE: Only the account administrator (owner/dentist) has security rights to view the monthly invoice information.
NOTE: Legacy users of the Denticon program do not have the “My Invoices” link. These users should contact the Sales team for assistance for the above functions.
Denticon enables you to review the monthly billing invoices via the Help>My Invoices page.
Access the Patient Window.
Click the "Help Menu" and 'My Invoices".
Within the "Invoices" section, click the desired invoice link. This will open the invoice for viewing.
To edit the email address where invoices are to be sent, Click Setup / Account Info / Edit and Save.
