The office’s dentist-owner/administrator may quickly change the credit card which is used for Denticon’s monthly billing.
Denticon enables the office administrator to update the billing credit card information any time.
- Access the Patient Window
- Click the “Help Menu" and "My Invoices"
- Within the “Billing” section, click the Credit Card Information hyperlink
- Update the credit card information
This will update Denticon’s monthly billing records in our accounting department.
NOTE: Only the account administrator (owner/dentist) which created the Denticon account may login in order to change the office credit card on file.
NOTE: Legacy users of the Denticon program do not have the “My Account” link. These users should contact the Sales team for assistance for the above functions.
