Two options –

Click the word “Patient” and choose the “Search Patient” option from the drop-down box

(1) In the “Search Text” field, type the appropriate information for the “Search By” criteria. Click

the Search button

(2) On the toolbar, type the patient last name in the 'Search Patient' field and click the

arrow button.
